Support

Some of the products we offer are unique and we understand that you may have questions before, during and after using them. We are always interested in learning about your results and we will gladly answer any questions to the best of our ability. Questions can be sent to sarah@owndoc.com.

Shipping

All shipments are sent discreetly as “letters” in bubble envelopes or thick carboard envelopes that are 5 cm / 2 inches thick. Larger shipments are packed in boxes. We ship daily to countries around the world.

Order tracking

Orders are shipped the same or the next working day by priority air mail. The availability of tracking depends on order total and destination country. Email us if you do not receive your order in time, so that we can either issue you a refund or send your order again. We always send you an order confirmation email as soon as your payment cleared and a dispatch confirmation email when we have mailed your order. If you do not receive the first email within a short time and the second one within a couple of days, contact us at sarah@owndoc.com

Guarantee

Some of our products consist of various powdered substances, fungal spores etc. in ziplock bags. Other products need to remain sterile for use. We can’t accept returns of medicinals/supplements for that reason. Neither can we issue a refund when a product does not yield the expected result – no pharmacy would do so either. However, it is very important to us that you are a satisfied customer. If there is anything we can help you with, please let us know at sarah@owndoc.com and we’ll see what we can do for you. Of course, when goods are damaged or otherwise flawed upon receipt, we will either refund you, or re-send.
