Anecdotal reports of Lanoxin's side effects are constipation, reduced appetite, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision and general tiredness.

Adverse effects of Lanoxin are concentration-dependent, and are rare when plasma digoxin concentration is low. Negative side effects are also more common in patients with hypokalemia.
Common adverse effects of Lanoxin include: Nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea. Other common effects are blurred vision, dizziness, insomnia,visual disturbances and problems with color perception, confusion, drowsiness, nightmares, agitation and depression, as well as a higher acute sense of sensual activities. Less common bad effects effects of Lanoxin include acute psychosis, convulsions, delirium, amnesia, atrial or ventricular extrasystoles, paroxysmal atrial tachycardia with AV block, ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation and heart block. A rare side effect of Lanoxin is thrombocytopenia. Gynaecomastia also belongs to the possibilities (enlargement of male breasts).
