Twynsta can cause death to the developing fetus as its most serious side effect.

Known adverse effects of Twynsta include peripheral edema, dizziness hypotension and back pain. There was a slightly increased risk of side effects such as upper respiratory tract infection, sinusitis, diarrhea and pharyngitis. Flushing, palpitations and somnolence are also possible.

The most frequently spontaneously reported bad side effects of Twynsta include headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, asthenia, coughing, weakness, edema, face edema, lower limb edema, angioneurotic edema, urticaria, hypersensitivity, sweating increased, erythema, chest pain, atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, blood pressure increased, aggravated hypertension, hypotension, hyperkalemia, fainting, dyspepsia, diarrhea, pain, urinary tract infection, erectile dysfunction, back pain, abdominal pain, muscle cramps such as leg cramps, bradycardia, eosinophilia and myalgia.
