USPS Electronic Signature Online
USPS Informed Delivery & Electronic Signature Online
We send our merchandise from Europe with International Priority Letter Airmail, trackable via USPS and with signature required on delivery.
Many customers are unable to be at home to sign and this is an inconvenience, since they then either have to book a redelivery or pick the shipment up from the post office. USPS however introduced a free service called "Informed Delivery" and when signed up for that, you can add the free service "Electronic Signature Online" to that, where you prove to USPS your identity online (an ID upload perhaps - we are unsure how that works) and then you'll be able to simply "sign" in advance with a simple mouse-click. Then USPS will put the item in your mailbox (when it fits - the derminator is in a small box) without you having to be at home.
